Christmas Prize Draw 2026: terms

  1. Promoter. Redefined Media Ltd (company no. 16928459), 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, publisher of ePHOTOzine, BirdForum, Imaging Resource and Outdoor Photographer. Each day's prize is supplied by that day's sponsor, named on the day's page.
  2. Dates. Each day's draw opens at 00:00 UK time on its date (1 to 15 December 2026, and 25 December 2026) and closes at 23:59 UK time on 31 December 2026. Entries received after the close are not included.
  3. Who can enter. Residents aged 18 or over of the countries listed on that day's page. Residents of Italy cannot enter any draw. Employees of the promoter and of that day's sponsor, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter that day's draw. We may ask a winner for proof of age and residence.
  4. How to enter. Complete the entry form on the day's page and click the link in the confirmation email. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person per draw; entries made through different sites or email variations count as one. Unconfirmed entries are not included.
  5. Invalid entries. Automated, bulk or third-party entries, entries using false or temporary details, and entries that try to get around the country rules are invalid and may be removed. We are not responsible for entries or emails that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.
  6. Prizes. Each prize, its approximate retail value and the number of winners are shown on that day's page. Prizes are supplied by that day's sponsor, are not transferable and have no cash alternative. The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the sponsor or manufacturer.
  7. Winners. Winners are drawn at random from valid confirmed entries by 15 January 2027 and contacted by email. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Winners must claim within 14 days with a delivery address in an eligible country, or a new winner may be drawn. The promoter's decision on the draw is final.
  8. Publicity. Winners' first names, last initials and countries may be published on the draw's winners page. Winners can ask us not to publish their details by emailing advent@redefined.co.uk.
  9. Delivery. Winners' names and delivery details are passed to the sponsor, who sends the prize directly. Delivery may take up to 30 days from the winner's claim.
  10. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties on their prize. US winners of prizes valued at US$600 or more may be asked for tax information before the prize is sent.
  11. US entrants. Where a day is open to US residents: no purchase necessary; a purchase does not improve the chance of winning; void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  12. Your data. See our privacy notice. Marketing from a sponsor or from us is only sent if you tick the optional boxes.
  13. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the promoter and sponsors are not liable for any loss arising from taking part in the draw or from use of a prize, except where caused by their own negligence.
  14. General. The promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the draw if circumstances outside its control make it necessary, and will publish any change on this page. Questions: advent@redefined.co.uk.
